I'm in need if a new bedding set including sheets. And new pillows. I'd like to copy what hotels have. Anyone have any suggestions? Brands? Links? Thanks!

Do you have a Home Goods? If so, go there. They have a large selection and most include the word hotel in their brand bc they are modeled after hotel linens.

I agree any of this line tjmaxx Ross or Marshall's too carry hotel lines
Macy's has their hotel collection that has some nice looking bedding. I haven't owned it to know how it holds up, but many of the pieces seem to get good reviews.
We were going for a similar look and we love it! We have an all white duvet cover (king size for a queen size bed) in anti-wrinkle fabric from the Company Store. Then a down duvet made by the Pacific Coast Feather Co from Costco (for a great price). For the main pillows I also ordered from the Pacific Coast Feather Co. They have a great inner core and outer core option that allows your head to sink in but still support your neck. Marriott hotels use the Pacific Coast Feather Co. After a bunch of stays I finally thought to look at the tag of the pillow to figure this out. You can buy the exact same pillows from their site.
Then for sheets we only use a fitted sheet like nursecramer. They are anti-wrinkle cool to the touch sheets and pillow cases that I picked up on clearance from JcP. They have a nice subtle paisley pattern of white and light tan. For a fully put together bed we add a second set of regular pillows in puffy tan shams I got from Overstock and a small gold linen lumbar pillow. I use the small pillow between my knees at night and we often use the second set to prop us up to read or watch TV so they are not a waste. We keep them in a chair next to the bed when not in use. Oh and we got a new mattress after we finished the long master bedroom remodel. It's super soft and has a plush top which only adds to the experience.
My favorite sheets are from Macy's hotel collection, 460 thread count, but they no longer make these. The ones they have now I've tried and I just don't like nearly as much; mine have lasted for years and I'm going to be really upset when they finally wear out. Otherwise, I've found decent sheets at TJMaxx/Marshalls
