For today's workout I decided to do a body weight/hand weights class I love (or did before I stopped going about 6 months ago b/c of swim season).
You guys.
It was an hour of squats today. AN HOUR. OF SQUATS. Various kinds - sumo, plie, one leg, kick squats, etc - but yeah. Pretty much an entire hour of glute and quad torture.
I am seriously waddling already. AND our house has 17 stairs between the 1st and 2nd floor. OMG. Someone kill me now.
