What are you training for? Date? Next race is next weekend: duathlon
Training plan for the week? Ugh - not good. Will try to get a run in tomorrow.
Vents or issues? Big blister issues on my right foot, near the ball of my foot. Have purchased new shoes... will see how that goes on the run tomorrow.
Highlights or AW's from the past week? Half marathon number 7 in a row done on Saturday, then followed up with a 50 mile cycle race on Sunday. Came 66th out of about 250. Pretty happy with that considering my legs were done from the long run on Saturday.
