...and zero swimming. Too cold for open water (and no real opportunity) and it is too nice outside in the fall to spend workouts inside in a pool. No regrets.
Dammit! I'm at 97.3. I definitely would have broken 100 if my luggage hadn't gotten lost and screwed up my weekend run schedule. If I run early in the am tomorrow, that's still before midnight at home... Can I count those miles?? I really wanted to get into triple digits for the first time!

57 miles run and 3.5 walked. I was hoping for higher, but I only ran twice last week because I was sick and I am terrified of ending up as sick as I did in May/June. I closed the month out with a 4 mile run this morning before work:)
267, a new monthly high (which I have no intention of ever trying to top, lol)
This is unbelievable! You are a rock star.
Run- 16.5 miles Bike- 40 miles Swim- 2 miles plus 2 hours yoga 1 hour body pump 1- 40 minute basketball game that was seriously the hardest thing I did all month

I had a scary situation last week with a threatened miscarriage so I have been taking it easy since then. I'm just happy I ran more than I did in August!

107.9mi Running (I should have gone an extra 0.1 this morning!) 39.15mi Cycling (Not quite as impressive as last month when I biked all around my vacation!) 1(ish)mi Swimming - I've been doing 1/2mi recovery days in the pool with my calves acting up - it's nice for a change

Glad that sounds past-tense-ish! Grow ironbaby, grow!
30 miles run, and 3 (full length) soccer games played. After about 5 years of not playing soccer, I'm pretty happy with my touch and fitness level, but seriously SO sore after each game, like, all of my body, for two days minimum. Hopefully I will get to the point of not being sore after each game by the end of the season in November!
