Did you reread pregnancy/birth books with second and subsequent pregnancies? I have a whole stack, most of which were given to me by other friends who don't want them back. I'm thinking about passing them along to a neighbor who's pregnant, but we do plan to have another kid someday and I don't want to regret getting rid of the books.
These are all related to pregnancy and childbirth; I'm keeping all the child rearing books!
Wait, I will say I did read The Panic-Free Pregnancy during my second pregnancy. I didn't have it during my first and I should have. It was helpful too since I had forgotten a lot of the "rules." But that is the only one.

I kept one, the mayo clinic one, because it has good info on when to call the doctor or to be concerned. My second pregnancy was different than my first and I liked having it.
I didn't read any with my first. This time, I'm reading Ina May Gaskin's books because they seem to make me feel more positive about birth.
I picked up a few pregnancy books with my first, but I never got past the first chapter. They all terrified me and made me worry about everything that I ate or put on my body.
I will keep my Ina May book forever. Everything I gave away after having DD except for the pregnancy cookbooks. I liked a lot of those recipes and continued making them post-pregnancy.
Isn't Ina May like anti-hospital or something? Forgive me if I'm miscategorizing her, but one of my prenatal yoga instructors often read us passages from a book that seemed anti-medicine and fearmongering, and I thought it was her book.

I actually did reread a book during my pregnancy. I have your pregnancy week by week and I like to know the size and what was developing with my baby. I did however do a lot of skimming through the parts that did not interest me.

I didn't re-read anything but I did read a couple that I never got around to the first time. Mostly because I was curious and this is my last pregnancy so I knew I would never look at them if I didn't this time.

With #1, it was What To Expect When You're Expecting, and Your Pregnancy Week By Week, and that sort of thing.
With #2, it was the Girlfriend's Guide to Pregnancy. Because information about pregnancy I had...what I really needed was a good laugh every now and then to balance out the feelings of "who thought another kid was a good idea?"
