I start my 3rd tri tomorrow and I feel way more exhausted at the end of the day than I ever remember from last time. My pelvis seems much more sore too. The beginning of my pregnancy didn't seem all that different, but as time goes on I'm feeling more beat up than I ever remember with DD. Oh yea, I've also been getting leg cramps at night which are terrible and annoying. I never got those with DD.
So far, more tired, way more sick. (I was sick from 4 weeks on the dot until...I am still sick and taking meds. DD was only about 6.5 weeks - 11 weeks.)
I also feel huge. I have gained weight (because I am sick unless I'm eating), and wearing maternity clothes waaaaay earlier. But I don't actually look pregnant when I'm dressed, I just look thick. My belly needs to pop before we have photos taken next Saturday.
It has been harder because I can't just rest after work when I feel shitty. My m/s lasted longer this time and bump-wise I couldn't hide it after 10 weeks. I have had a lot more back pain.
However, now that I'm in second tri I actually appreciate that I have confidence this time. I know how to BF and change diapers and I am not worried about what swaddles or cribs to buy. It's gone much faster since I'm occupied with a toddler. And there's a lot less to do, prep-wise. It's not all bad!

A parent who was in inquiring about my school asked me if I was pregnant today. I haven't told people at work (other than my boss and the head of the PTA) and so I lied and said no. I had just finished telling her that my DD was almost 6 months old. Rather than presume I was still carrying baby weight she presumed I was pregnant.
I will be lucky to keep this a secret for another 2 weeks. I hate my body.

In just about every way possible.
DS: terrible m/s, lots of zofran needed, started swelling around 24 weeks, gained 15 pounds in last 2 weeks from swelling, had painful swollen joints in my fingers, bad heartburn, water broke at 37 weeks, got post partum PUPPS
DD: some m/s, some heartburn, some swelling around 35 weeks, labor at 41 weeks and my water broke while pushing.
With YDS I had more nausea in the first trimester, but I was less fatigued. I didn't have time to "think" about pregnancy number 2 because I was so busy taking care of a toddler. My exercise for pregnancy 2 became chasing after toddler 1. I had a lot more BH contractions with pregnancy number 2. They started pretty early in the second trimester, but he still came late. I gained more weight with baby number 2 by about 5 pounds so not too bad (but I hung onto more weight after birth.). :-( Delivery number 2 was so much easier and 12 hours faster.
I am only 14 weeks into my second pregnancy, but so far they've been very similar. Like having the flu for 12 weeks straight. Extreme fatigue, nausea (but no vomiting thank god), headaches, body aches.

Similar, but not the same. With my first I was much sicker and had a lot of food aversions. With my second I wasn't as sick, but I was tired. I napped almost everyday. It also took me forever to show with my second, I never got as big.
I had the same sucky all day MS. I showed a lot earlier, developed placenta praevia and GD with the second. I have gained a lot less weight (15 vs 25). We'll see if DS2 is enormous and if he is pre-term. Some signs point to yes.

With DD1 I was starving and exhausted most of the time. I gained 70lbs and had a massive amount of heartburn. I also swelled a LOT and got huge (belly wise) at the end.
With DD2 I haven't been nearly as hungry (only gained 28 lbs and she's coming this saturday) and even though I'm exhausted I can't sleep. I also had the nasty taste in my mouth all 1st tri and for the past 3 weeks that I didn't have with DD1. I have heart burn, but it's no where near as bad. I haven't swollen up much and even my Dr is surprised at how small my belly is (even though I'm measuring right on target).

Almost exactly the same. I was more exhausted with #2, but probably because I was chasing after a crazy toddler instead of going to bed at 6pm every night.
I gained more weight at then end, and was more swollen, but it was also July instead of February.
They were really different. My first was way worse then my second. With my second I had no m/s, no fatigue and less swelling. I did show much earlier and it felt like she was falling out from the pressure much earlier though. Everyone also thought that since they were so different that my second world be a boy but I got two girls.

I have 3 kids. Each pregnancy was harder.
Pregnancy with DS1 was pretty normal & non-eventful. Had some trouble with heartburn, but that was really about it.
Pregnancy with DS2 was harder. Had more nausea, but still didn't throw up. Had some pretty severe depression 3rd tri. Had excess fluid and needed to be monitored via ultrasounds and nst's 3rd tri. Had a lot of BH contractions.
Pregnancy with DS3 was horrible. Only pregnancy I threw up with. Also had severe constipation (at 5 wks, before we were telling anyone, I burst a ton of blood vessels in my face while trying to poop. It was horrible. I had to go out and buy makeup b/c I don't typically wear any!). Had such severe sciatica I couldn't even walk (or sleep b/c the pain was so bad) & had to go to physical therapy. The sciatica made sense when he was born a full pound larger than either of his big brothers, when I had gained 10 less lbs with him than I had with them.
That last pregnancy solidified my decision to have my tubes tied!
Less nausea, more fatigue the 2nd time around. Better hair & skin the 2nd time. Had GD both times, but had medication the 1st time and managed it with diet/exercise the 2nd time. Less weight gain the 2nd time, but more postpartum swelling. Both born preterm at 35 weeks and 35 weeks 1 day respectively. Birth weight within one ounce of each other - 5lb13oz and 5lb12oz.

My pregnancies were basically the same. Same symptoms and even gained the same amount of weight at the same pace.
My blood pressure started to get high at 35 weeks both times, although it didn't get to the danger level the second time around like it did the first time.
DS1 was born at 37 weeks exactly and was 7 lbs 13oz and DS2 was born at 37w4d and was 7 lbs 11oz.
It was kinda crazy how everything was pretty much the same.

Mine were very similar but for:
- More vomiting/persistant nausea with pregnancy #1 (but sick for both) - Craved sweets with pregnancy #1 and fruit with pregnancy #2 - Back pain/pelvic pressure started way earlier with pregnancy #2

Mine have been fairly different.
With DS, I was starving all the time, but not very tired and didn't have m/s. I gained about 70 lbs. Maybe one day of heartburn and lots of swelling.
With this baby, (currently 35 weeks, 4 days) I had a lot of nausea and a little m/s, not very hungry, but exhausted. Not sure if the exhaustion is related to the baby or by two year old! Also, I have horrible, horrible, heartburn. It's awful. I've also gained a lot less weight. Currently, up about 30 lbs. Swelling has been very mild, only when it's super hot out.

They were very different, and both boys. Off the top of my head, some ways my second pregnancy, differed from the first: much worse morning sickness, no food cravings or aversions (I couldn't eat/cook meat with ds1), back and hip pain was infrequent but pelvic pain was awful, heartburn started earlier, carried much lower, frequently woke up to pee (I was sttn with ds1), was able to breathe more easily thanks to low carry, was more tired in third tri (but I had a toddler so...), no rib expansion or pain.
Labour and delivery experiences were also night and day. The after pains were also pretty terrible with ds2 for a couple days, almost as bad as labour pains.
My second pregnancy was actually easier. I was working 13 hour shifts on my feet the whole day with my first and my body hurt all the time. With my second I was a SAHM and I napped with my son everyday. Every pregnant woman should get to take a 2 hour nap daily. . I did show way earlier and was in maternity clothes by 10 weeks but I ended up gaining less weight than my first pregnancy and had less swelling. One thing I wasn't expecting is how much longer it took me to look like I wasn't pregnant anymore once I had the baby.
It's been harder the 2nd time around. Probably because I don't have ample time to rest with a 3.5 year old strutting around vying for attention
Or, on the other hand, as my Dr. so eloquently put it when I mentioned it was tougher, "well, you are 4 years older than you were last time." Thanks dude, I didn't realize that.

DD1 - I felt amazing the entire time. I was never sick, no insomnia, etc. I did have some crazy heartburn toward the end and I was carrying very high so I had a lot of discomfort from her being wedged into my ribs. I had high blood pressure at the end (over 40 weeks) and had to have a c-section.
DD2 - While I never threw up, I was nauseous and had strong food aversions from day one. I didn't start feeling better until around 6 months along. I lost about 15 lbs during that time. Even though I had to be induced again, I was able to have a VBAC and didn't have any blood pressure issues that time.
DD3 - I was never sick but I was exhausted the entire pregnancy and was extremely uncomfortable the entire time. I started showing at like 8 weeks and was HUGE by the end even though I only gained like 20 lbs. I had a lot more swelling starting around 30 weeks. I was induced a 3rd time and had another VBAC,
