Yeeeaaaaah, we work for the same company. Seriously.
Lol! Don't be creeping on me, creeper.
Ha, as long as that deal cuts both ways! I did have a good laugh at that though. Our OM sends out photos of visiting attorneys or IT people to our office, and several weeks ago she sent on to the entire firm. The guy happened to be walking by me when the e-mail went out and was all "why is she sending my picture to the entire firm??" And then she sent out an apology e-mail, which just makes those kind of oopsies worse IMO. Everyone was cracking up, including the OM.

I remember that! (Only because of the 2nd apology email, and not the office.) Lol. You're actually the 2nd GBCN person that I know works here. The world is small.
I have a lot of WTF moments happen at work. No blunders though. Just a very odd work culture. We are like a very dysfunctional family. Or a bad sitcom.

One of our admins is pregnant and is experiencing some pretty extreme smell aversions. I forgot and walked by with some pretty pungent Korean food today and she ended up puking in the bathroom.
I, along with several thousand other people, was signed up for something called the "Business Education Jam" that took place yesterday. They must not have gotten as many attendees as they wanted because they sent out an email reminder to everyone registered. The subject line read "Business Education Ham". Oops.

Oh man. That sucks. Maybe bring her some ginger candy as an apology? Assuming you like this lady, anyway.

Yeah, that sounds like a good idea. I was listening to her vent the other day about another coworker's perfume and how that makes her nauseous, so that was a derp moment on my part for forgetting.
One of our assistant principals was just rather abruptly reassigned to another campus, leaving the remaining three scrambling to divvy up his duties. The principal asked his admin to send out the new duty list to the entire faculty, probably without realizing that his own duties were also listed alongside theirs. Each AP now has between 15-20 high-profile supervisory roles. The principal has three. THREE.
During today's department chair meeting he apparently made a big deal about how many duties he has that weren't on the spreadsheet. Everyone knows he's five minutes from retirement and totally delegating everything he can to the APs. I don't know why he's bothering to make excuses for doing nothing but sitting in his office drawing a paycheck.
