Like a roomba type mop?
Which one do you have Do you like it? Does it work in small spaces? I live in a 1250-ish sq ft apt, with two large area rugs but most of it is wood flooring or tile. I never realized how disgusting my floors are until my baby started crawling. We do a big mop about once a week, but I'd love something for all the in-between days.
Please tell me you have one of these and that it's awesome.
I have one of these too. It works really well (I usually just use it to dry-mop because we have mostly hardwood) - I've actually not had it out lately because it was a pain when DD was not napping/mobile. I need to get it back out!

I'm not quite sure what you're asking -- I have a roomba and love it. I want to say I have the 780; I've had it about a year (eh, maybe longer) and it's fantastic with the main floor. It's a pain in the dining room because it doesn't do real well with all the chair legs, but my downstairs is basically all one room, no thresholds and no rugs. I have a couple of lighthouses (which are an iRobot thing) that divides the space pretty much in half; it does one half and won't go on to the second half until the sensors sense the first half is done. When it fills up, and when its battery is low, it docks itself (it usually fills up before it's actually done or the battery gets too low because we have three cats and a dog, and the dog's hobby is shredding paper so there's always about a cubic foot of paper shreds on my floor.)
