Aw, my back!
On Monday, I did something to my back. I was bending over to get all the laundry out of the basket and my back hurt on the left side. It hurt it sit, lay, pretty much any position other than standing. Tuesday was better. And I think I just did it again picking up DS.
Any suggestions? Or is this the way it will go for the rest of the month? I'm due on the 31st. I'm so much smaller this time around, I'm surprised to be having this issue.
I have back problems and have luck with alternating heat and ice sometimes. A massage can help too, if I can tell I'm having muscle spasms. One of my friends swears by the chiropractor and has been going even while pregnant.

Things just seemed to be more stretched out the second time around, so I was more sore- but I was also carrying much differently, and bigger. Have you tried a support belt? I used one toward the end quite a bit.
My back is worse with #2. I have had monthly massages until recently. Now I just use a chair massage at night and lots of warm baths. It helps after a long day picking up DS.

Thanks, I do see light at the end of the tunnel, I'm due on the 31t of the month. I think I'll try to schedule a massage soon. I've been using a heating pad, and I think its due to picking up by 32 lbs toddler a lot.
