Lovey was pretty early for DD, but I don't exactly when. Before a year. Pillow was at 15 months. I bought a special "crib pillow" in France that tucks into the sides and isn't supposed to move. I'm pretty sure that wouldn't fly in the US, but by 15 months, I was comfortable with it.
We gave her a stuffed doll around 7 months and she loves it now. She was having trouble sleeping at daycare recently so I brought in a small stuffed animal for her to love while she slept and daycare lady said it has really improved her naps. When she gets fussy we can give her something to hug and it really comforts her.
When he was 4ish months he would wake up, drink a bottle and then I'd let him hold his lovey while he was in the RNP next to me. We'd both fall back asleep usually.
I leave her with a muslin A+A blanket sometimes. I would give her a stuffed animal or other "lovey" type thing without hesitation but she doesn't seem interested. 7 months.
DD started sleeping on a pillow shortly after she turned one. We didn't give her a blanket until she outgrew her last sleepsack at 18 months-ish. She moved around so much that blankets didn't stay on her anyway. She is in a regular bed now and still ends up at the foot of the bed some nights.

We gave her a lovey to keep with her until we went to bed starting around 6 months maybe? We took it away at night until she was 1 and now she has the lovey and a stuffed dog. She doesn't really use them though until she wakes up
He always had a gentle giraffe in his crib. We stopped attaching it to the side of the crib around 6 months. At 9 months we added Scout. His stockpile slowly grew from there. By the time we converted the crib he had a toy store worth of stuffed animals, toys and books in there with him at night.
We didn't add blankets until 14 months. He's a July baby and we used sleep sacks when he was an infant, but it was too hot in the summer to need any blankets. In the cold months he has 2-3 blankets he sleeps with.
He got a pillow around 18 months. It's a toddler pillow from amazon. He loves that thing. We might need to keep using it even after he switches from his toddler bed to his big boy bed.
