My random is that I totally forgot to pack a bra this morning (I go to my gym at work first thing). So, now I'm wearing my used sports bra under my blouse (ew, I know). I tried just putting my shirt on first to see if I could "free boob" it, but there was no way that was going to work. Thankfully, my sports bra/shirt combo is one that doesn't show the bra.
I'm getting my hair cut tonight. I'm thinking going back to chin length. It's down past my collarbone right now and is just a mess.
I'm finding tons of styles I think are super cute and look like they'd work with my messy/wavy/occasionally curly hair, but I think I need new products. My hair tends to be fluffy. Not frizzy really - just...fluffy.
If I want my hair to look like this (messy, but not like...a fluff ball):
what do I use?
I also need to decide if I want bangs this time or not.
eta: this is what my hair wants to do on it's own:
I've had it with our HR and IT. To make matters worse an application I started on Monday has to be completely redone (Thanks IT). I've submitted dozens of request tickets to IT over the past few months and nothing. HR hasn't been returning my calls. ughhhh
Since my desktop isn't working I'm goofing off GBCN'ing and surfing sephora on my laptop. These are the days I wish I could use a laptop for some of the stuff I'm working on.
Our IT does nothing with my tickets but then closes them saying the issue is resolved.

I'm getting a Brazilian keratin treatment done to my hair after work tonight. I really hope it does good things for my currently-awful hair. I'm in a hair rut.

I'm going in to my doctors office to get my flu shot on Monday. My SIL is expecting a baby in January, so in light of the fact that I'll be spending a lot of time around a newborn this winter, is there anything I should get a booster for while I'm there? Other than tetanus, I haven't had a booster for anything in at least 10 years.

With all the, "I hope the kid(s) never google their parents" stuff flying around, I googled my mom. I found her online psychic profile and I'm dying. Dying I say.
We have the same hair, apparently. I gave up on trying to make it look sleek, and got a haircut that lets my waves be waves. If you figure out how to turn them into pretty curls, let me know.
My co-irker is doing just that-irking me. Sending me two emails in a span of five hours on the SAME THING is not going to make me do it any faster. Oh and by the way, it is not high on my priority list. kthanksbye

what is this haircut you speak of? And now that you say this - yes, we do have very similar hair. I've never thought about it before, but I think you even have the same persistant cowlick/wave thing that makes me kinda want to stop having bangs because they're a pain to have to style every damn day even if I blowdried them th day before? The girl in the 2nd PIP has it too. where the hair that would be bangs kinda wants to go straight up in the air and then make this little wave on your forehead?

That's why I don't have bangs. The waves go wherever they want, and the flip on the bottom cannot be controlled. I also have a chunk of wavier hair along the bottom on the back of my head, which stylists have to go back and recut after my hair is dry so it doesn't mess things up.
I don't know what she does to my hair, but between her skill and my acceptance of the way my hair is, I'm loving it.

Holy crap, we really DO have the same hair. I've been going to the same girl for a while now, and her hair is also similar - so she does a pretty good job. I can get the bangs to behave - but it means heat styling them EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. And I just don't want to anymore. Makeup is eating enough of my getting ready time as it is.

I'm excited. I think I may have found a doggy day care and boarding option for my dog. I wasn't expecting much for my city, and was prepared to have to drive further out. It's one right in my city, it looks very nice, and the prices are reasonable.
So... it wasn't diamonds, but H got me a rare bottle of Italian red from our wedding year. The Internets tells me it's anywhere between $150 and $300, depending on the seller.
Also flowers delivered to work.
*frantically runs off to buy something more than just a watch*

Crap. A message went out on the neighborhood message board that some guy has been accosting female runners in my neighborhood. 6 documented reports so far. Guess I'll be treadmilling it for a while.

Now we know why she thinks you need those antibiotics.
