Work is really frustrating right now and I'd love a distraction. :-) Here's mine...I want a mat for my newly-painted table, so that DS can draw with markers without worrying too much about marking up the table. All the kid mats, though, are eye-searingly ugly. I found this silicone placemat, which seems perfect -- nice and big (16" x 14") and I think they will go well with the white and grey table and chairs. I ordered one, but I'm kind of debating ordering three more so I have a full set. They are $18 *each*, which seems pricey for me for placemats. We have the money, I'm just cheap. :-)
Here's how the table and chairs look since I painted them:
ETA: Not sure why the second and third pictures are huge. Sorry!
I've finally found counter stools I want. You know to go in our already beige kitchen. I really liked some from World Market but they didn't offer them in counter height.

Those are super cute! I love the ring on the back. #enabler
Does it have to be H&G related? I have a looong list of things I want to buy - but none are H&G related unless you count my dream of gutting and re-doing the kitchen.
I just ordered this tree (black tupelo) from Arbor Day to plant this fall. But I want it to look like this one, not a little twig!
WOW! Really pretty. Is that flowers or leaf change? I've never seen one of those. Surely it's not the summer leaves? I also hate it when things show up as twigs. My Chinese pistache was so tiny. We really do plant trees for the next generation.
That's the fall color. The summer leaf is glossy green. No flowers, but it has a small black fruit that birds like. I researched hard for this tree and it meets all my criteria. If anyone has heard anything bad, don't tell me!
I do hate that a twig is coming, but I understand that it's a tough tree to transplant, so planting it small should be much easier. Also, it's like $8 from Arbor Day lol.

Do you have an at home or garden ridge? I'm pretty sure I saw something really similar today. I didn't look too close though.
However, even I, queen of spending admittedly stupid amounts of money on textiles, can't justify it. I'd settle for just being able to touch it and see how it feels and what I'm missing. I've heard such good things.
I've never heard of this brand before. I added up what it would cost for our king sized bed, and it's over $1200. Holy shit! Now I want to see how it feels, because it must be amazing for that price.

We do have a Garden Ridge which is going through a moving sale and then relocating and reopening as an At Home. I'll go check it out. Thanks for the tip. Hopefully the merchandise at At Home won't be nearly as hammered as the stuff we always saw at our Garden Ridge.
