I am out of diet coke at my house right now and it is killing me. I think I'm going to go to the gas station and buy an insanely large diet coke in a few minutes. I love having drinks at my desk but Ido have to be usuper careful because my desk usually has a wedding dress on it too. (My desk is at my house so sometimes it is alcoholic...)
I used to make myself be one. Because I'm bad at drinking water and other liquids regularly. So I'd make myself always drink something, and also used coffee as a reward for drinking enough water. I had a scheduled afternoon coffee and cookie break with my coworker bf at 3pm so I'd up my water before that.

I have to...I'm usually at my desk from 7 am until anywhere from 5-7 pm, including lunch. I wouldn't get anywhere near enough to drink if I didn't drink at my desk. It's usually 1-2 travel mugs full of decaf tea in the morning and a liter or so of seltzer in the afternoon. I usually drink another big glass of water in the evening, too.
Yep. Water at my desk at all times. I have a 16oz tervis tumbler that I keep at work. I refill that bad boy probably once an hour. So once an hour, I also pee
If I don't have water with me when I sit down at the desk to work/study, I usually won't drink anything until I'm done with whatever I'm doing. I've been doing much better lately about not letting myself sit down until I have a full (24oz) cup of water with me. And unsweetened iced tea in the afternoons (or a diet coke...or straight vodka if it's been 'that' kind of a day).

I am reading and responding to this thread trying to keep myself alert enough to down a few glasses of liquid, because I think my inability to fall asleep tonight has to do with dehydration.
I don't drink as much as I should at my desk, and I often get sidetracked and forget to refill my glass, but when I'm not at my desk, it's worse.
