In this case, it sounds like you need a day to just sleep. Sleep in, move to the couch, read/watch TV, nap, eat, and go to bed.
Other things I find relaxing: -Go for a pedicure or massage -Cook something delicious while listening to music and drinking wine -Binge watch something that I've already seen so I don't have to really pay attention (right now it's Parks & Rec) -Going for a long walk

Yep, agreed with the others. I get pretty busy between life and my two jobs and sometimes I just need a day with NO plans. That way I can get ready when I want, go grab a coffee and get a pedicure if I feel, but not have any obligations over my head to stress about.
