How would you style this dress for work?

I ordered this from ON. How would you style for work? My work is business casual.

I would wear it with a blazer or cardigan, a long necklace or a scarf, and pumps, booties or boots.

Why?  It's basic enough that I don't think it would be that difficult.

I would wear a black blazer, black tights, black pumps, and either a long necklace or coordinating scarf. I would maybe even put a skinny belt over the blazer/dress. I know some people hate that look, but I like it lol.

I think maybe she's looking for advice because it's a little plain? I see nothing wrong with asking! I love the dress and think it can be really versatile. You could do a black, white, red/pink blazer, a statement necklace, a chunky scarf with black tights and booties, a thin, gold belt...lots of options!

Eta: not all those things together at the same time if that was unclear lol.

Thanks. I would normally do a long necklace but was trying to think of something different or wanted ideas I wouldn't normally think of. Thought I could ask here for ideas. Thank you for the reply.

I got a similar dress from ON but it's shorter and quilted and here are some pins I saved. Don't forget that you can also layer tops over it to make it look like a skirt.
