Congrats @aellasbeth! I hope you have a wonderful day!
I'm not doing anything nearly that exciting today. Taking Betty to the park and then dinner at a friend's house tonight. I'm going to try and stay up for UW vs. Oregon too.
Ok y'all. I say this once a year so don't miss it. Today's the day. Go Huskies!
Had another rough night with a fair amount of pain, but hoping that will subside today. My mom was awesome yesterday, a huge help and good company. She tried to help me get started knitting, which didn't go so well. I want to practice today some more and hopefully get the hang of it. My aunt is bringing us sushi this afternoon, but otherwise its looking like a day of snuggling and football. And hopefully watching some ducks cry like little girls

I love when UW and WSU ban together to hate the Ducks. This shared hatred of the Ducks always makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside.
I hope the pain subsides a bit today, mkate710! I had bunion surgery on both feet in 2004, so I totally know what you're going through. I promise it gets better and it's totally worth it in the end.
We have our last toddler soccer practice this morning (thank god!). It has not been fun.
Later Blb will get dressed up and we will go to the pumpkin walk. People submit their carved pumpkins ahead of time and then everyone goes for a walk in the woods at this local nursery at night to see them all lit up. It's to benefit the boys and girls club. The nursery has other activities going on as well.

Congrats @aellasbeth! I hope today is lovely for you guys.
I'm all over the place with stupid emotions. My brother decided he's going to get married next weekend. I bought a ticket home to Alaska thinking I'd have at least 72 hours on the ground. Except I forgot we have pre-paid/nonrefundable tickets to dinner on Friday night.
I have about 4 hours to decide if I just don't go to his wedding or if I literally fly to AK Saturday morning and back Sunday night.
Congratulations @allasbeth! Can't wait to see pictures
Had testing in lab this morning and went grocery shopping. I attempted to go to the gym but traffic was terrible, today is the day I am done and we are joining a new one.
I also decided we should get our cat pee soaked couch professionally cleaned. Anyone have any places the recommend? I am looking at Stanley Steamer right now.
I got to go drop off a tower for georgeharrison kitties. So happy to see it get some use finally. I also then got to go and meet sarack for a few minutes. She is seriously the sweetest ever!
My dad went with me to keep us company but it was nice getting to adventure with him like we used to do and just catch up. Now i'm home and enjoying a sleeping baby while M is out with H trying to help fix his commuter car. I need to start getting things lined up and purchased for J's birthday coming up since with the holidays I know it will be busy.
I also might toss in a Christmas movie. I've been on a kick lately. Or maybe Practical Magic or Hocus Pocus. Depends on what I can find in my pile first.
Congrats on becoming a Mrs @aellasbeth ! I hope the day is amazing and you are now able to relax and enjoy life with no stressful wedding drama

I still feel like death warmed over, but I am slowly on the mend.
My parents took the boys for the entire weekend so that I could get some good rest, thank goodness for awesome parents! I do have to work tonight but I am just hosting so I am hoping to get off of work early.

I hope your day has been fantastic @aellasbeth and you enjoy every moment!
I'm dressed in my M.A.D. Dawg jersey and ready to hate on some Ducks. MIL is currently out of our place for a few hours and we are having friends over. Should be a good time
I have a terrible cold. so I'm about to take some Nyquil and call it a night. Wake up for my half marathon is in 9 hours, so hoping to get some good sleep. it's supposed to be freezing (almost literally.. 34 at the start) so I'm hopeful it isn't too miserable. H said it's supposed to be 70s tomorrow in Seattle so grrr that I picked a half marathon in Detroit thinking it wouldn't be cold.
I met up with a friend today who had not yet met babylefty. My parents dropped off their dog while I was gone so, while I knew she was spending the night, I was surprised to be met with two hairy, smelly, drooly dogs.

Mazel tov, @aellasbeth! I can't wait to see pictures and hear all about it!
I am headed into recovery mode after an intense weekend with both sides of our family. We had C's naming ceremony last night, so we were converged upon by parents and grandparents and siblings and aunts and uncles and cousins from multiple states on both sides of the country. It was so wonderful seeing everyone, and I'm so grateful they were able to be here to meet the baby, but HOLY SHIT is Team Rogo exhausted.
