Do women wear boots to church?

We are not church goers at all. I grew up going to church in the south and I'm not sure if they are appropriate now. They are not motorcycle boots or anything, no hardware.
I just want to wear a dress, tights and nice boots.
What do yall think?

I'm in SoCal where we tend to be more casual, so keep that in mind, but I def don't see an issue with boots and the outfit you're describing, for church. Especially since it's fall. Unless they're studded loubotin stiletto boots, I say you're good to go

I wore boots to church this morning. I think you'll be fine. Our church ranges from dressy to jeans all at the same service.

I've worn cowboy boots to church before. We're a bit more casual and laid back though, I just paired it with a nice outfit.

The ones that you describe sound ok for a funeral. I'm sorry for your loss

I went to church today and there were people wearing boots with skirts and dark tights. They looked really nice, the boots were dressier with more of a skinny heal instead of a chunky one if that makes sense.

Yes, it's fine. I wore boots to church today and would wear them to a funeral with the appropriate outfit.

Depends on the church! We have a guy in his motorcycle chaps & boots every Sunday.
