Go to Shamrock Fest. Once was more than enough. Great bands, but I'm just too old to deal with the hordes of 20-somethings and the amount of beer consumed.
Stay in cheap motels. Along with then, go tent camping. I need beds and potties.
I'm sure there are more, but that's what comes to mind.
Snowboard. I tried once and ended with my leg turned 180 degrees into the ground. Then I slipped and landed on my butt in the parking lot and bruised my tailbone.
First thing that came to mind was attempt to scuba dive. We made it through the written test and pool test but I had a panic attack on the ocean dive. People kept saying I should try again since I was close, but I've never been so scared in my life. Never again!
White water rafting. I got tossed out and run over by two boats. Fortunately it was at a whitewater center and not in the middle of nowhere, but no thanks, never again.
I was going to say whitewater raft on the Zambezi river! I fell out on the first rapid, got stuck in a whirlpool and almost drown. Then, we flipped on rapid 10 and my life jacket was around my head and holding my face in the water. I wanted to quit, but I still had 15 rapids to go!
Camping. If SO ever wants to go, I'll tell him that I'll be at the closest decent hotel I can find. Fortunately, I think that he doesn't want to do this anymore himself.

When I read this snorkeling came to mind for me. I have done it 3 times and each time was terrifying. Once was in a giant fish tank where the fish were so used to people that they touched you. The second time aholes fed the natural fish so they swarmed at me and made me have an anxiety attack. The third time was fine because I was in Jamaica on a newly made beach and there was only a couple fish but I know that is not the norm so never again.
I also will never again train for a marathon and run a marathon. Training is worse than running.
I also don't think I will ever have a dog again. There is too much upkeep. After my cat dies I may be done with pets for good. They are such pains.

ATVing Probably skiing Get a body part pierced
All of you marathoners - good for you! I really want to do one but I did a 10k this morning and was at km7 thinking.. How the fuck do people do marathons? I don't think I have it in me.
Have a kid. One and done. also eat any sort of sushi. I loathe rice and DH made me try a piece once. We were in a half decent restaurant with cloth napkins so when I bit into it and nearly puked I had to spit it out in my bowl of rice and cover it up.
Take a night bus or train alone in sketchy areas/countries.
Aaaaand tequila shots.
The ones about not having more than one dog at a time are scaring me since we just got a second dog
I think having 2 dogs is easier in many ways. We don't walk the dogs often (just often enough that they know how to without pulling) because they play with each other as exercise. I think it decreases some of the separation anxiety, too, since they're always together when we're at work.
The expense is the main downside for me. The one just had an emergency vet visit in August, and the other had another one just this week. And double all the monthly expenses: food, flea/tick/heartworm meds. Plus boarding for vacations. It adds up!
Owner of three dogs who loves it checking in. It can get pricey but my only complaint is they are all getting old together. We have two 14 year old pit bulls and a 9 year old boxer. The pit bulls are both starting to really decline and I can't even think about losing both of them so close together.
