I take it from time to time for my allergies and haven't dried up, so I vote ok. I just took 2 today after a day at an apple orchard/farm/petting zoo/ pumpkin patch/hayride. (Aka allergy hell though tons of fun)
I think it is level 2? Might be level 1. Kellymom .com has a good list.
& I wouldn't vote yes if this is just for sleep. If this is because you need an antihistamine and feel like crap w/o one, then yes.
Eta: I mean not just for sleep if you are worried about supply. Other sleep aids wouldn't necessarily have the drying up side effect. I wasn't judging ppl who do. When I've had to take it for allergies or a cold, I'll admit thinking, "yes! I'm going to get some sleep tonight!!"

IAnecdotally, I have taken it several times while nursing with no supply issues. I would recommend increasing your water intake while taking it though.
