After slowly getting better, bit by bit, my neck/shoulder/upper back thing is all sorts of messed up again. Awesome. I need to try to see somebody while Andrew's in school tomorrow. I know they're going to want PT, but that's not going to happen in an office with our current schedule.
Ugh, that sucks muppetinma. Hope you feel better soon.
I've now met all of J's family. I went to mass yesterday and met his grandfather. I've only been to mass once before. I was raised Baptist (don't really attend church very often anymore) so it was a lot different. Lexi came with us and she did SO well. We were all shocked and impressed lol.

That's so exciting!! And yayyyy Lexi for cooperating!
DD and I have nothing planned today, and I'm perfectly OK with that. I'm thinking we will drive down to the mall so I can make some exchanges at HA, and since I'll already be there, mayyyyybe check out their sale.... Maybe. I've been breaking out in hives (on my legs only) the past few days and I have zero idea why??? It's making me a bit nervous.

Oh and grandpa approves he wants us over for dinner soon and to bring the boys (they were at a cousins birthday party this weekend) and as we were leaving, Lexi said "bye Grandpa!" There was a collective "aww!!!" from everyone. All his siblings were there, along with his mom and aunt. So happy!
Abby woke up saying her stomach hurt and wants to stay home. I told her she could stay home from going to daycare in the morning, but when she seemed okay when we dropped Caleb off, I told her she needed to go to school. We have to leave in 5 minutes to get her to school and she's very unhappy. I feel bad, because I really believe her stomach hurts, but there's really no good reason to keep her home.
Caleb pitched a royal fit when I was trying to get his coat on. He wanted his blue jacket, but it's too cold for such a thin coat, so I pulled out his new coat. It's really cute, and has school buses and cars all over it. Caleb has completely refused to put it on every time we try, and this time was no different. Even when I got it on him, he kept saying, "No school bus coat! Blue coat! I want the blue coat!"
All the way to the door. All the way to the car. While I was buckling him in. Halfway to school.
Finally, he calmed down until we got to school (where he again reminded me he wanted his blue coat), and started crying when I tried to take the coat off him (because it meant I was leaving and they weren't going outside).
I left him there in the teacher's arms, three pacifiers, snot and all.
And now Abby's probably going to cry in the car and be embarrassed when I drop her off.

That's so wonderful, A:). I'm so happy for you. Do you like them too?

They are awesome! It's just like spending time with my family. They are all super close and we all get along really well!
I am waiting for my flight back home. I was sad to leave DH, but he will be home on Friday night! I'm excited to squeeze my dog's face and play with Sydney!!
Jamie woke up in the middle of the night with a 101 fever. Poor baby. He's still asleep, I hope he's feeling better when he wakes up. He seemed so sad. I think we'll have a cuddle inside day if he's still not feeling well
It looks like a birthday exploded in my house, oh my gosh. The kitchen is full of dishes (I'm afraid of the icing bowls) and since we opened Adam's party gifts late yesterday, there is stuff EVERYWHERE. I wish I could snap my fingers and have it all magically be put away. Here is a pic from yesterday of the cake that cracked in half on the way to the party, and one of A. .
It was so cold this morning. I put A in a heavy jacket and when we stepped outside she said, "It's so cold outside, Mama!" Ugh, poor thing forgets what we are in for, since it's only October!
The perils of living in a state that is not your home state: Your child starts cheering for "the rival".
I'm from MN. I'm a tried and true Vikings fan (even though they aren't any good). This morning, T started chanting "Go Packers!" When I told him that we cheer for the Vikings, he said, "NO! Go Pack go!"
The people on my flight are struggling to find seats and so we are late. The flight attendants are getting so annoyed and it's hilarious. Sit yo asses down people!
First, Violet slept allllllll night in the RnP (not, like, STTN, but good 3-4 hour stretches) and not in my arms. I'm convinced, this thing is awesome.
Second, that sleep was very needed because I'm home with both kids today and Violet had a weight check at 2pm. I tried to either get a later appointment or one tomorrow and they have nothing. So H said he'll be home In time, because that's toddler nap time. Except that he's got about 3 hours of work to do, 45-60 mins away and he hasn't left yet. It's 10am. There is no way he'll be home in time, so now I'll need to try and get Owen down early so I can take him with me.
Or hope that my mom can come up and have her lunch here so that he can stay sleeping.

Ah yes, the pain that comes with being a Vikings fan! And the horror of her cheering for the Packers?! lol. Hey, at least the Gophers are doing alright...
My mom is having surgery on her shoulder today. She's probably in surgery right now. I know she will be ok, but I know she's nervous because she has a clotting issue. Her incident that put her in the hospital last december has made her more nervous about her health, for good reason.
I'll keep her in my thoughts and prayers. I hope it all goes well!

Praying for your mom, @chelsmonster!
I am happy to be home, I missed our house and having some routine and home base. Hopefully we can get unpacked today and get grocery shopping done while Matt still has off today.
I'm annoyed that my OB/GTT appt took so long this morning. The whole point of booking both was so that I would be seen while waiting to have my blood drawn. Instead, I ended up there for over 2 hours.

Omg guys this is the worst morning ever! I was supposed to shoot a print ad this morning and had to get up at 6 am but may woke me at 5:40 to nurse. Then we were getting ready and she sort of gagged and threw up in my leg. She said she didn't feel sick and seemed in good spirits so I thought maybe she had just thrown up a little bc of the cough but wasn't sick? So went to drop her off at my moms and she threw up all over the cars eat. At that point I almost had to pull over and puke but made it to my parents and then ran in and threw up. My mom was pissed we even came in at all bc she leaves for a 5 day vacation tomorrow which I had forgotten and I feel so bad. I really really hope she doesn't get sick. I had thought I was feeling sick cause if the pg but obvs I am actually sick too. Sooo I had to cancel the shoot and now we are back home watching curious George.
