Yes, I did. A neurologist prescribed them because I was getting migraines almost constantly. I was about 20 weeks and had the same burst and taper prescription. It really did take care of the headaches. I'm sorry you're going through a similar problem - it's the worst, especially while pregnant.
What would be your burst dosage? I was on a fairly low dose throughout pregnancy.
40mg daily x a week, 30mg x 2 days, 20x2 days, 10x2 days.
I tried looking in my records to see where I was at but can't find it. 40mg was my highest dose ever. I'm currently on 25mg after going down from 30. I believe i was on 30 at the beginning of pregnancy and then tapered down to around 10 by labor.
Prednisone can cause early labor/bag of waters breaking early and small baby. I had this and thyroid disease to contend with, and made it through all possible side effects except this one. She was born at 35+6 and was 6lb9oz (expected to be big!). Let me know if you have any other questions! I've been on prednisone again since probably May (after coming off of a different drug) because we're TTC again.

Thanks! Hopefully the 2 weeks I'm on it won't affect much, but who knows?
My ob called back and said it was fine to take, so I hope she's right.
I just hope it helps! I'm headache free today, but I'm getting at least 3 or 4 per week.
Yeah, 2 weeks is pretty short term! Good luck with the headaches!
