But seriously, 2-3 times a week I like to take a walk, do some yoga, and lift weights a bit. For the past few weeks I slacked, though. Rarely I play tennis. I do enjoy yoga, but I need to get into a better routine and stay motivated.
Lately just walking on the treadmill at an incline or the elliptical with a little weights in there.
Usually I run and do some weight lifting, and I'm kind of counting down until I can start again, which is nuts because I used to hate running. I think I'll do the C25K program in the spring to get me back in the habit.

In my mind I'm a exercise freak, IRL I'm a slouch, haha.
I TRY to go 3 days a week to the gym, one day free weights and floor excise, one day cardio, rowing machine or elliptical. If I go the 3rd day, I use the multi-purpose machine for weight and abs.
Ugh, not enough! I do have a treadmill that I use a couple times a week, mostly for brisk walking at an incline. Although it's currently dismantled since we moved. Exercise is the hardest thing for me to make myself do. I always dread it and put it off, but once I get started I'm like, "oh, this isn't bad!"

Before getting pregnant, I did 3-6 days per week of treadmilling and/or walking the dog and went to the gym on weekends for weights.
Now, I walk the dog 3-6 days per week and have been doing leg weights at the gym once per weekend. I also do stretching exercises a few times per week. I plan to start adding in arm weight exercises, too.

I walk at least 1 hr per day and most days almost 2 hrs (split between a morning and evening walk).
I used to run...should be back at it within 3 months from now! I'm super excited and cannot wait (the jogging stroller with car seat is all setup and ready to go!)!
I walk frequently between the couch, fridge, and bathroom.
Honestly, I hate exercise and am fortunate to not need much. Also that my job keeps me on my feet constantly. I can easily walk 7+ miles on a busy day.
Lately, working at the new house. :^) I should be doing more.
We have a treadmill (not set up) and an elliptical (surrounded by boxes to move over). We will be getting them both set up when we move. It seems like right now I either have a) no energy or b) when I do have energy I'm working towards moving.
Mostly Zumba- I take a class two times a week. I'm also slowly working in running because I want to run a 5k in the spring, and I'm just starting to go to aquacise once or twice a week.

Right now, just random walks when I have the energy. Before though, I went to a trainer at my work's gym. I did mostly weight training and a lot of it was crossfit type exercises because my trainer was a certified crossfit trainer. There was a little cardio mixed in too (walking, jump roping, rowing, etc). I miss it! I hope I can get myself into the gym again soon and then resume the actual training after ML. I really want to get into yoga again though, I miss that too! I used to go to LA Fitness when I was living at my parents' house and took the class there. I love yoga!
I also love group exercise classes - cardio kickboxing and group strength. I used to Jazzercise, but our local franchise closed. It's probably my favorite workout.
I also use The Firm DVDs which are a combo of cardio, step, and weights.
Lately, not much working out other than some group classes and some walking.

Currently doing Crossfit 4-5x week.
I'm thinking of signing up for my work gym because it's super cheap and I want to get in more cardio. They have a couple spin classes I'd like to join. I just never think about it when I'm actually at work. MrsMB you have my permission to harass me if I don't join this week.
Honestly I don't do nearly as much as I should. Mostly I walk - DH and I will walk around the lake in our neighborhood, the mall, or our local theme park just to go walking. In the summer we do bike rides, but now that it's getting cooler we haven't gone lately. I liked prenatal yoga and should probably try to find YouTube videos to follow along to... anyone have recs?
I need to do WAY more then I do. I have a bunch of Yoga/Pilates videos on my Amazon instant streaming that I need to start doing. I have one set of free weights and kettlebell and jump rope that I need to do more with. I do walk a lot, but not lately with all the wedding travel. Sunday is starting official for me since that's my next day off to get with the program!
