Our home is staged.
It is fucking gorgeous. I want to have someone stage my house for me to live in. If we weren't selling and moving across the country, I would want to live here.
I also loved the women who run this company. They were so much fun and so creative. I want to be friends with them and drink wine and dream of decorating houses together.

It looks great! I loved how our old house looked when we were trying to sell...I wish I could keep my house that un-cluttered all the time. It must have helped though...our house sold in two days. I hope yours does as well!

We paid $1,900. Their statistics are pretty impressive for staged versus non-staged homes.
I'm not surprised, it's really beautiful. What happens to the new stuff once you sell? Is it yours or does it go back?
I wish. I even asked if we could buy a few things, and they won't sell anything.
But if all goes well we will make it back and then some. They just had a house go for $40,000 over list with 12 offers. We don't expect anything that dramatic, but are optimistic for a quick sell, hopefully over list.
