Appointments?   none until J's year apt, oh take that back I have to go next week to get J's 2nd round flu shot and M's flu shot. Not really an apt though

Milestones?  J is this close to walking. I will be happy when she does so she doesn't constantly remind me to mop the floors every other day

Are your LOs carving pumpkins this year? What are you/they carving?  I think we are carving this weekend. Got eh pumpkins last weekend. I really want to try the tinker bell I have seen on pinterest for M's pumpkin and then she will probably paint my little one along with J's little one. Who knows what H will do on his he always picks something a little weird.

Appointments So last Friday was DS' appointment with the nutritionist/GI doc about his FTT label (ugh, such a terrible term). He barely gained a pound in one month. He SHOULD have gained 1.3lbs. He is nowhere near his bottom growth curve. :-(
So, we're now doing pediasure for ALL milk, 200 extra powdered calories added to it a day, plus adding in butter, cream, oil, eating PB, iced cream, and high calorie stuff as much as possible. I am SO stressed about this. We go back in a month at my request (vs. 6-8 weeks for a check) and we'll see how he's tracking.
Milestones: nothing major since last week. I finally think he's starting to sign "all done" but it's more like a 2 handed wave goodbye.
Pumpkins: We got a pumpkin this weekend at Remlinger. I'm not sure what we're going to carve into it. Last year we did the seahawks logo and a golden retriever. I've set the bar too high.

Thanks ladies! It is planned, scary enough but still mind blown. I had 2 miscarriages between the girls so I'm cautiously excited but excited none the less

But you still crazy. I'm still barely surviving with my formerly-2u2 duo.

jennlin I think having the larger gap while not really what we wanted it ended up being good. So M will turn 4 and then J will turn 1 the next day. It's not too bad for us, I think the smaller age gap will be a little more interesting but we agreed that if we were going to do one more we wanted to do it sooner than later so we can move on from the itty bitty stage, even though I love it so.

Appointments? She had her 3 year wellness check today. Got a flu shot. She's 40 pounds and 41 inches!! At this rate she'll be taller than me next year lol.

Milestones? Still working on potty training. At least now sometimes she'll tell me she'll acknowledge she has to go now. She's also dropping her nap. We still do quiet time for an hour if we are home, but I miss the long naps. At least it is nice not having to necessarily plan around nap time.

Are your LOs carving pumpkins this year? What are you/they carving? I'm not sure. If we do it won't be for another week or so. We probably won't have time.

Today is my baby's birthday!!! He's a big boy at 1yo now. Can't believe it. Bjl is 2.5 and change.

They both have appointments tomorrow. Boy for his 1yo checkup and bjl for a flu shot.

No milestones for either.

And we haven't gotten pumpkins yet..don't know if we will be carving or what.

Milestones? Eating a lot more real food, less milk, knows a few words, working on blowing kisses.

Stretch, J has gained only 6 oz in three months (0 between his most recent appts). It's not the same as your situation, but I get how stressful it is.

I think so. It's totally lame, but I kind of want to stick him in a pumpkin, and a couple from our garden are big enough.

not lame at all. mudpuddlestomper who doesn't ever visit this board anymore.....did this with her baby twice so far. it's super cute!

Blb is 2 and 3.5 months or so. She's been a delight this week. A pure delight. She's been a good listener and funny and helpful. She's been great about a more vigorous dental hygiene routine and always cleans up her toys every night.

She's become a tad more picky. All of the sudden she doesn't like things she has always liked and she doesn't want to eat many veggie although she will always at least try everything. She calls tomatoes "no nos". I no like nonos. Haha.
After seeing some new baby siblings at school sea been asking for a sistah or brothah. It's pretty cute. But in not anywhere near that yet.

She's continuing to work on potty training which is great. She's also really picking up a lot I Spanish at daycare. I don't always understand what she says but I'm happy she's learning it!
