I have a 3rd interview tomorrow and am putting together some questions. It is a group interview with 4 people. Two of the people hold the same position I would have, in different states, and another is the supervisor of them (and would be mine as well).
I really want to to ask the ones in my role "What is one thing you wish you would have known coming into this role?" but I am taking pause because their boss is also there. I don't want to make them uncomfortable. Thoughts? Feel free to tell me if I am overthinking.
You can ask, "what skills best prepared you? what most surprised you about the position?" but your question seems more suited to ask after you get the job and prep to start.
