It's that time of year again - my company is having its annual enrollment. This poll is inspired by the fact that DH's company has much cheaper and better health insurance than mine. To account for different sizes of household, please answer in amounts per person, though I realize that health plans usually don't charge that way (plus spouse is often more than 2x just individual).

DH pays extra to add me; and I get reimbursed at work. My work has sh*tty insurance for 3x the price they were paying in my behalf. This also includes basic dental.
Unnecessary to your poll, but we also pay $36 for our dog.
IDK if I should have voted. My current insurance is $192 per month, but it's a plan from the healthcare.gov exchange.
It's basically emergency only insurance - my deductible is so high that I feel like I can't use it unless I'm having a serious health issue. I think it's $3500 per person or something similar that I'll never meet unless I get super sick/injured. Although my BC prescription was free, so that's cool.
When I was on an employer plan it was about $85/month for just me, and I had a $200/year deductible.
We pay $0 for me and $200 for H. When the baby comes, it will be $400 for the family plan. But it is amazing insurance. $0 deductible and $500 per person OOP max.
$134/ month just for me and my insurance sucks. I had a polyp on my cervix removed last month and so far I have received bills after the insurance part for $2250. A fifteen minute procedure and I was at the hospital for a total of 3 hrs.
My old company paid family premiums 100%. It was an awesome plan, too.
Now we pay $238/mo for the two of us on H's high deductible plan but my new company is giving me a kickback for opting out of their plan so our net costs are still pretty low. We're really lucky.
I didn't follow directions and answered for what I pay, including H on my insurance since he's in grad school and the insurance sucks. If it was just me, it would be $0. With H, it's $132/mo.

Wow, I'm impressed with a lot of these answers. I thought H and I have great insurance ($150 pp / $250 deductible / $10 office visits) and next year ($115 pp / $0 deductible / $5 office visits). Good, but not nearly the best apparently!

$60/mo for each of us on DH's plan. I answered without counting our contribution to the HSA...we withhold about $900/month. (It rolls over into an investment account for health expenses, so we treat it like another retirement account.)

My health ins is free to me, I pay ~$10 a month for dental/eye ins for me and DH. I do put ~$250 per month in a HSA to cover expenses not covered by my "free" insurance.

Our insurance now is free, but it doesn't cover h. He has to go through the va. It also doesn't fully cover preventative, vaccines, birth control, etc.

That's very good. Ours is free per month, but we get hit with bills. At least our deductible is ridiculously low. I'd love $5 office visits
