My former employer loves to jump on management buzzwords. This made me roll my eyes; the head of HR was the worst. They have been reorganizing the last few years and they have posted a newly created position that has a job description that includes "dynamically communicates interdepartmentally". What?
Sounds like it's time to break out Buzzword Bingo.
(I would say that translates to "not afraid to get off her ass and walk down the hall to talk with the folks in receiving" or "willing to pick up the phone" or "knows how to use or forward e-mail without hitting Reply All."
