This top arrived today and Id like a second opinion (from S&B lol)
The closeup is to show the true color since the full pic looks darker.
I snagged it during the Loft sale and got it for $24. It's a thick Ponte type material but the spots have a little bit of a texture to them so it's not just printed on.
Thoughts? Also if you vote keep- how should I style it?

i think it's cute!
i'd wear it with any colored bottoms, maybe layered over a chambray for winter. it would be cute with a pair of boyfriend jeans and black booties. under a colored blazer.
That's why I'm conflicted. I feel like it overwhelms me. And it's thick- but I don't know that I wanna keep it to only wear under stuff. I love the color and print. Ugh- It may be going back.

I'm in the minority, I just bought it and I love it. I didn't think the material was too thick. I have no idea how I'm going to style it, since it hasn't been anywhere near cold enough for me to wear it.
I like it and I think you have the build to pull off a bulkier material.
I know my suggestion is boring, but I picture it with black cropped skinny pants and a d'orsay pointy pump. Maybe some sort of sculptural necklace and ring.
The shirt makes such a statement that I'd keep the rest of the outfit simple.
I think it's cute but it looks too thick to be layered under anything. What if you put a black button down under it and turned the cuffs up? You could put it with jeans or black pants.
Ditto. I'm not sure I'm sold on it. Seems like such a heavy looking fabric on your petite frame.
Agreed. The texture just doesn't work. If you layer over it, you're building bulk on top of it and if you layer under it you're still building bulk underneath. It's a no win and you're way too cute for that top.
