Cooking frozen meat question

I want burgers for lunch. I have frozen patties in the freezer. I will be grilling them outdoors. Should I thaw them first, or not?

are they individually wrapped (or otherwise easily seperated), if so, I would put them on frozen. They are thin enough they will cook through.

I think meat tastes better if grilled frozen. For a burger, texture/tenderness isn't a consideration.

I do frozen. I have found if I thaw them they tend to fall apart.

Thanks. I'm pretty sure restaurants don't thaw them either.
