Anyone knowledgeable about watches?

My dad sent me three links to watches he likes.  I want to pick the best one for him for Christmas.  Which one should I buy?

The first two are the same watch, right?

They're all the same brand, so I don't think any one is going to be "best." I'd choose based on style and condition.

Crap.  The second should be different.  Let me fix that.

Any watch with quartz movement is basically mechanically the same. I like the look of the first one better, but that's a personal choice.

I'd probably go with the third watch, as it has a metal band (or it looks like it does) and these are almost indestructible. It seems to me that the band is always the first thing to go and not all watch bands are replaceable.

But I like the face of the first watch best.

I'd consider the guts of the watch comparable across the watches.

I like #1/#2 better just because I think it's more classic and can be worn every day. I'm not a fan of #3 but this is all based on what they look like not any real 'watch knowledge"
