Reasons my kid is crying today.

I didn't see this thread so I started one.

j cried today because her winter coat from last year was too small.

because we missed the beginning song of Daniel Tiger (I offered to rewind it and she screamed louder)
because she couldn't get her socks off
because I wouldn't let her chew my already chewed gum
because DH won't let her ride his scooter...by herself
because it's still not Halloween

We both cried when I took her crib apart and stuck it in her closet. She wanted to climb on it and I wouldn't let her use it as a jungle gym. I cried because she's growing up too fast!

DS- because I'm a mean mommy and require him to take more than 1-45 min nap.

DD- because life is rough for 3 year olds.
Because she asked for chicken and I gave it to her.
Because she can't have a marshmallow because she wet her undies.
Because the neighbors dog tried to jump on her.
Because I won't let her watch George Halloween again

Because I didn't have the pumpkin patch movie.

Because she stepped on a Lego.

Because I made her clean up the Legos.

Because her brother can't talk.

Reese was crying because I wouldn't let her watch one more episode of Rescue Rangers before bed.

She was crying because she got a new eraser and used it and the brand new eraser ended up getting "dirty"--because it was actually doing its job.

DD- I wouldn't let her have a snack while I was cooking dinner. I wouldn't let her have a snack after she didn't eat her dinner. She had to use a towel when she got out of the bath. DH wouldn't let her jump on his stomach.

DS- Because he wasn't touching me every second of the day.

DS1 cried this morning because he didn't want to get out of bed. I felt his pain.

Oh, DS2 cried when we got home from school because he didn't want to be the last person out of the car. That kid is a real head scratcher sometimes.

This morning she cried because I got the wrong kleenex box for her nose and then she threw it at me and screamed. Tonight she cried because I had to give her a shower and she wanted to stay stinky.

DS: because he got in trouble for breaking one of Dd's toys because "it's annoying". In his defense it's a hello kitty that plays Christmas music and I've wanted to break it since my dad gave it to us. Non the less he was in trouble.

Because all of the bowls are in the dishwasher.

This morning...

because daddy wouldn't let hear eat all the pancakes at once. She did however eat them one by one as he served them up and eventually ate 8 pancakes with breakfast.
because she had to sit in her carseat.
because I wouldn't let her put the chapstick on by herself (or take it with her to daycare).
because the baby was playing.

The baby didn't cry this morning.

This morning it was because I mentioned we'd have lasagna for dinner and didn't immediately produce lasagna for them to eat at breakfast....and then because I made them put on clothes. Life is tough at 22 months.

Dd-because I won't let her bring every kiddie cup in the house to the bathroom, fill them all up and dump them on the bathroom floor.

Ds- because he didn't want to give his superheroes action figured away. I never said he had to.

Me-because there's no alcohol and there won't be any until dh gets home from work in four hours.

I have learned to never talk about dinner plans. Never. DD has the most insane meltdowns when I can't produce dinner at 8 am.

Not going well with the sleeping EVER. The only reason I put her on the mattress was because she was kicking her crib so hard I thought she would break it. She hasn't not had a meltown at nap/bed in 3 weeks, and on Monday I was like, the crib had to go. Now she's penned in her room and its the same shit. FML

Same deal at my house.  Only the baby is usually on my hip, pulling my hair and gouging my face with her razor blade nails and laughing as he performs his feats of amazing douchery.

It makes me crazy. She didn't sleep at all for 15 months. Had a good stretch where I became a human and now it's back to "GO THE FUCK TO SLEEP!!" She was just up again now and I tell you she was speaking in tongues. She had poop in her pants. But STILL. POSSESSED.
