I'm finishing up a reread of HP and the Deathly Hallows. I needed comfort-food reading this week. I would definitely recommend it, though random strangers might start to think I'm crazy if I mention how many times I've read it.

QOTW: yep! Only when I'm eating alone, though.
That's what we're here for! You are not crazy to re-read HP as often as you like. /gavel
I'm finishing up a re-read of Margaret Atwood's The Handmaid's Tale. It's been a long time since I last read it (around 10 years) and it just makes me shiver; the progression to dystopia is so logical/easy to see happening.
I also just last night finished Rowling's The Silkworm on audiobook. Fun, though this time I guessed the murderer fairly early on (I'm not usually very good at that).
I'm reading Frostbite, by Richelle Mead, which is the second Vampire Academy novel. It's decent.
QOTW: Yes, occasionally, although it definitely takes me longer to eat. Kindles are easier during meals. Sometimes I sit at a bar alone and try to read if I'm waiting for someone or on a business trip, but I think people think I'm weird for doing that.
I'm reading cuckoo's calling. Started out slow but now I'm looking forward to seeing what the characters discover next. I might, depending on how I feel about it that day. Qotw: yes, if I am not at a table with anyone else.

I'm reading Murder in Grosvenor Square by Ashley Gardner. I'm enjoying it, but it seems that every book I've read lately has had an alternative lifestyle sub-plot. It's getting old and so very cliched. And the worst part is they have all be historical fiction! I would recommend it to anyone who asks, with the caution that it would probably help if you read others in the series first, just to get the character background.
QOTD: Yes, by myself or with my family, but never at the dinner table at home. Home meals were book & tv free, but if we went out, even someplace like McDonalds or a food court, we all had books. It got to the point that one waitress at our favorite restaurants called us her "book family." One day I had finished my book at lunch and didn't have one for dinner and the waitress was quite concerned. She brought me her book to read during dinner.
I'm still studying for licensure, so no reading. Womp womp. I'm hoping to make enough progress this week with the study materials that I can pick back up with my HP re-read.
QOTW: If I'm eating alone, but even then I have to have my Kindle or a hardcover that is easy to prop open with something. I have tiny hands and can't hold many books with one hand lol.
I'm reading Needful Things by Stephen King and yes, I'd recommend it to anyone asking me about it. I just love his writing, which is ironic because as a genre I generally do not seek out horror/supernatural,etc.
