I will also drink chai lattes a couple times a week instead of coffee. The Oregan Chai packets (just add water) have about 50mg of caffeine which is enough to stave off any headaches for me. Plus, it's tasty!

Where do you find the packets? I love chai so that might be a good alternative. I've never seen packets, but maybe I haven't looked in the right place.
I cut it out before TTC and during 1st tri, then had one cup of coffee every day, plus the occasional McDonalds Coke, during 2nd & 3rd. Maggie loves her extra limb!

I buy them on Amazon but I think Walmart sells them too.
