H mentioned that he'd like a new wok. The one we have is ok, but when we make stir fry, we tend to make a vat and he has to cook it in small batches or it basically steams half the veggies. Anyone have a large/really large wok they love?
Ours is just the IKEA one. It does the trick but it's not too big. I've fit a lot into it but it would be nice to have a bigger one once we have the space to store it.
99 ranch (at the great Wall mall) tell her to get the one with ceramic lining (very good non stick and heat safe too), don't get tradition wok , requires a lot of oil and Very high heat. Doesn't fit well on a home cook top .....

This is the one we had as well. It worked for us but we didn't do big batches. I still miss having one, it somehow got scratched really bad and the coating peeled off I am surprised at how decent the Ikea cook wear stuff is.

Ditto.
Well, not where to get it but the traditional wok thing. The rounded wok is meant for gas ranges where you have an opening to rest the wok in. Get a flat bottomed one if you don't have that set up.
Our range is gas, but not sure it has the right type of opening? I'll pip when I get home.
