Training for: winter warrior half 1/10 Possibly a trail 10 Miler 12/10
This week: Sunday: 2 hour trail run Monday: 2 mile walk with dog Tues: 6 miles Wed: hiit and p.m. yoga Thu: 5 miles Fri: 3 miles Sat: rest
Issues/ vents: not really Highlights/aw: I ran with a trail running group for the first time Sunday and it was great. They were so welcoming of all levels and I loved seeing a new trail system I wouldn't have found on my own.

Training schedule for the week? It is a cut back week, so 5,7,5,10
Any issues or vents? I'm exhausted this week. I don't know what my deal is. I think part of the problem is that I have to wake up so early to run still, I just can't fall asleep early enough.
Highlights from the past week? AW away! I had a good long run last weekend. It was only 13 miles, but it felt good and easy the whole time. I didn't set any land speed records, but it is still hot, so the goal is really just to survive.
