finallykrisb have you been tested for celiac? It's a simple blood test, if positive they'd do a biopsy. I found out I had celiac after getting bad headaches and also having extreme fatigue (there's lots of symptoms though).
cinco that sounds like a horrible and confusing idea...
Mushe I'm not sure I would consider it a rural area (we're in the north Phoenix area). There are some mountains pretty close to us which is where I think they're coming from. The coyotes don't bother me at all because they always run away and they're not aggressive.
ebeth I hope not to get close enough to smell them
AAM2012 where in Phoenix are you? I'm on the border of Peoria and Surprise. That's nuts you saw so many javelina. I've only ever seen them in the Scottsdale area growing up there. They are mean as hell so very smart to steer clear! I suggest you don't put a pumpkin on your front porch either. They will eat it
I had to go buy more Halloween candy last night because I ate the bags I had already bought. I feel like this is common but I just bought the bags last weekend and my H doesn't care for candy.
WHAT? Crazy!!! My husband may have to buy more candy tonight cause I may have left the candy near the treadmill.

Happy Valley near 17. Our neighborhood backs up to Deems Hills so I think that's where they're coming from. I haven't bought any pumpkins for that same reason.
I think I'm just going to start going into work later so I can run when it's getting daylight out at least for the cooler months.
I would much rather (and do) spend $$ on workout clothes and shoes than the business casual clothes/shoes I need so badly for work. I really don't mind showing up to the office each day in the same old things, but show me a new Athleta or Title Nine catalog and watch me drool. I really wish I could show up to work in my pretty new running shoes and my running capris.
And this is how, in the grand scheme of practicing law, I won at work: I dress like this every Friday. It is one of my favorite work perks.

You don't have to be close to smell them. I would always smell them way before I saw them. Disgusting creatures

That IS a win! The most I can hope for is an occasional jeans day, but then it's still business casual for shoes/tops- what what?? The only time I can dress like I want is on MLK and Presidents Day when our office is closed but my department comes in to work for a comp day.

Even I work for the government, and can only go so far as jeans on Fridays! I do have a friend here who's worn leggings as pants 4 of 5 days this week, though...
