I'm grading right now, fun times. I got my teaching eval and I'm a little disappointed, I feel some of the grades/comments were a little unfair. We're monitored all term long and I was docked for things that she never once mentioned to me as being an issue. How am I supposed to know I'm doing something wrong/there's room for improvement if you don't tell me? It would be much more helpful and a better learning experience to be told these things weekly than to wait until the end of the term and tell me. ETA: Which is what they are supposed to do but she didn't....I got a weekly feedback week 1 and that was it, everything after that was just "Great job!" type comments. Ok.
Today I'm venturing out on the bus to go up to our new neighborhood, I have an errand to run up there. I kind of want to stop in our apartment and see the progress but I won't
I'm off work today! Yay! Trying to decide what I should get done today. I should probably vacuum and do some laundry. I'm also half looking for a last minute Halloween costume for work tomorrow but I'm not sure. I thought about being a bank robber since I work at a bank, haha. Hopefully I'll come up with something easy.
I'm working. We've been busy all morning. 7pm cannot get here quick enough! I am thinking about heating up my lunch in a few minutes since I am starving. I got exactly 2 bites of my yogurt that I brought for breakfast. I gave up trying to eat it and throw it out. I hope to go through my coupons sometime today and make my shopping list. Since we won't be home all weekend I don't need much.

Working from home today! It's also my Friday! Went for a walk this morning, had a couple of meetings for work, made a card and wrapped DH's birthday presents, put dinner in the crockpot, and about to go mow the lawn! Once I get all my chores done then I can relax the rest of the evening!
Oh, and DH texted letting me know his boss is raffling off two sets of Lakers tickets for tomorrow night's game. Hoping we win because it would be a ton of fun! DH is a little hesitant though because it's a late night and lots of driving and we already have a busy weekend of birthday fun plans (he's more worried about me than I am!).
