I've got nothing on the horizon other than a 5k that I'm determined not to stop and walk through like the last couple (which I still ran at a relatively decent pace for me). So what's your mileage like when you're just running for fitness?
I have two loops that I like to run, one is 4 miles and the other is 5.85 miles. I'll do those maybe 2-3x/week. So, probably 12ish miles/week on average? Really though, I spend half the year TRAINING FOR stuff, like pretty hardcore so when I'm not training for anything I'm pretty casual about my schedule.
3-6 miles 3-4 x's a week. I don't usually train for anything longer than a 5k through the winter so this at least keeps me moving and maintaining something.
I kind of adjust my non-training cycle running schedule based on the next training cycle on my horizon.
Over the summer I set myself on a schedule that would allow me to work up to a certain number of miles per week and a certain number of days running per week, so I'd set myself up for HM training
Now that I'm between programs, I'm aiming to maintain my current mpw and run frequency, but no longer doing speed workouts or pushing myself. I want to just settle in and get super comfortable here at this level and super healthy before the next training cycle begins.

My plan is to do 2-3 runs of 3-4 miles during the week, with a long run of 6-8 on the weekends, along with some strength and cross-training classes thrown in 1-2 times/week. This is the first time I've ever gone into the winter with a plan, so we'll see how well I stick to it.

In the winter, or if I'm not training for something, I pick up more days at a bootcamp class at the gym. Then for running I try to run 3x/week - two mid week runs of about 4-6 miles, and one weekend run of 6-10 miles. I like to be able to maintain my running fitness so I can easily go out and run 8ish miles.
Between 15-20, depending how long I feel like going on Sundays (long run days). My weekday runs don't fluctuate a lot- anywhere from 3-6miles depending how I'm feeling.
Roughly 20-25 miles a week. I like to know I can run up to 10 miles so that if a race pops up I want to do last minute, I'm not too under conditioned (race 1/2 or less)
I'm running 13 miles on the weekend and where possible a 6 miler during the week. I'm having to work from home to do that midweek run though as it's dark early now this far north (dark before 5pm, in December this will be dark before 4pm).
