I feel like lately when I place an order it says, "GUARANTEED delivery date: X." Then, often the order comes later. When I go back and check the order, in the order history it just says "Estimated delivery date" and often has the later date. I feel like in previous times I've just doubted myself, and thought it said guaranteed when it really said estimated or thought I just had the day wrong, but this time I was certain. I feel like I need to take a screenshot next time.

Do other people feel like this is going on?
Yup. All the time. Drives me bonkers. I should try the one month free thing.
Whenever something takes longer than initially promised, I get on amazon chat and get a free month of prime. It takes me two minutes.
But how do you prove the date you were originally told if it's not in the order history anywhere? Or you just keep mental track and they take your word for it?

Yes I make a mental note, plus did it come in two days or less?
I tell them that when I ordered it, the order said it would come on X day, but it didn't and I am very disappointed. I would have paid for one day shipping or something if they couldn't get it to me in two days, yadda yadda yadda, I needed the item, etc.

I will add that I can order something right now (before 3 pm Eastern on Thursday) and I can generally get it tomorrow if I pay for one day and on Saturday with my prime.

Same thing here. Keep your order confirmation e-mails - those have the "Guaranteed Delivery Date" included. When you get the shipping confirmation e-mail, it switches to Estimated.
This has happened so much to me recently that I just cancelled Prime. I ordered printer ink that was "guaranteed" two days that took TWO weeks to arrive. I kept getting emails with the new "estimated" date that was just a few days away. By the end, their estimate meant absolutely nothing to me because they would just send a new email with another estimate once their estimated date came and went. No more Prime for me.
also wasnt the reason that they wanted your S&S stuff to ship together once a month, to save on shipping? all my stuff is shipping seperatly and coming on many different days. they used to be sooo great and now not so much!
