It is getting cold...I love to have soup for lunch when it is cold but most of the recipes I like are not that healthy and the healthy ones leave me hungry. I don't have a crock pot. Any good recipes?

I like the skinny taste baked potato soup. She cuts down on the amount of potato and subs cauliflower. Its easy to make - I steam the cauliflower and potatoes in the microwave in a steamer to cut down on time.
Ina Garten's Stewed Tomatoes and Lentils Rachael Ray's Chicken Tortilla Soup- this is from my blog (which is her old version)- for some reason, FN changed it and it doesn't taste as good to me Rachael Ray's Chicken Dumpling Stoup- we don't use the gnocchi and increase the celery to a head of celery
I love making up soups as the winter progresses. This weekend I am doing something with veggies (leeks, kale, tomatoes, onion, garlic, carrots, etc, chicken broth and spicy turkey sausage). I do an asian noodle soup with glass or mung bean noodles.
