90 miles and change for me. If not for taper/recovery time around my half, I would have been over 100 for the first time. November is my month to break into triple digits, I know it!
Did you see a cardiologist? Did I miss an update after your marathon? I hope you are well and that you're back running soon.
I had another episode 2 weeks ago, so they told me no running until it is figured out. I went for my stress echo on Wednesday and everything looked good...so I'm still in the same boat - my heart spazzes out and they are not sure why. I'm waiting for the cardiologist to look at the echo and schedule my follow up.
Keep us posted ! I really hope you can get this figured out .
Blarg. 8 miles run, 15 miles biked, and 3 soccer games.
I hurt my knee somehow in my last soccer game (on Oct. 12th), and then I hiked in Colorado a few days later and probably made it a little worse. I haven't run since then as I wait for it to feel better. I have another soccer game tomorrow, so I'll see how it feels then and hopefully get back to running a lot more this month; that 10K Turkey Trot is already paid for!

Despite my best intentions, this season of my life isn't lending itself well to running. I did place 1st overall, and 1st ag, in the two 5ks I ran this month though. I don't think I'm capable of racing much farther.
