3 and 10 months- we did about 20 houses- I wish we had started earlier cause DS started to melt down while we out and not near our house. It was cool but dry.
It was cool 50 degrees and cloudy. This was his first time real ToTing, he's 2.5. We did 5-6 houses (they're a bit spread out). So like 2 blocks of walking. He did great! He said "peas" and "hah hoo" (thank you)." Trick or treat came out like "trickatrat!"
O is 2. It was chilly, but nice. We visited approx 15 houses. We probably would have done more (my neighborhood is big on ToTing), but DH is still recovering and wasn't up for it.
The real question: how many peices of candy did you allow your child to have? How many peices did you eat?
Ditto. Except the DH part DD's basket was so small we had to keep stealing stuff out and putting it in our pockets so she wouldn't overflow.
DD had a mini twice last night. She wanted more but it was so close to bedtime. She is currently slowly eating a small bag of m&ms. I expect she'll eat less than half.
I, on the other hand, am living proof that you never outgrow eating yourself sick on Halloween candy.
We wore girls in the ergos but j actually ToT. We went to every house (with lights on) up our street about 3 blocks. J is 29 mos and it was in the 40s I think.
We are visiting our ILs out of state so we just went there. DD is 20 months old. We just went around the block, probably 10-15 houses. It was chilly here, low 40s.
DD will be 3 in January. She DID NOT trick or treat. She was perfectly happy passing out candy. So we didn't even bring up the option of getting any ETA: It was in the 40-50s. But we sat outside to pass it out.
DD is 6.5. We hit about 18 houses. Our street makes a circle with the one next to it so we just did that. It was cold and rainy. I was happy we had enough foot traffic to get rid of all the candy. I had eaten way too much of it over the last week!
DS is 2.5 We visited 5 houses. It was about 40 with a cooooold wind but he was so thrilled and could have gone on longer. I was ready to go home and he seemed to enjoy handing out candy just as much as getting it.

He is 15 months and we went to about 4-5 houses with his friends (same age). It was as chaotic as you can imagine. After we split, we hit 2 more and went home to eat dinner. It was 50ish and overcast.

19 months & 5 years old - we trick-or-treated for about an hour which was probably 30-40 houses in our Southern California neighborhood. We had rain come in about 2 hours after we were done so it was chilly for us, with a decent wind.

My kids are 8, 6, 4, and 3 but we ToT with kids ranging in age from 2-10. It was dry but cold (28ish I believe). We visited 3 streets, probably 40ish houses in total.
They are 7, 6, 5 and 16 months. I thought DD3 might go up to a few houses but she sat in the stroller the entire time. DD2 did about 15 houses and then went back and handed out candy. Our neighborhood doesn't have street lights so she liked staying home and seeing all the costumes. DS went down our very long street and back, maybe 50 houses. DD1 hung in the longest and prob did 75 houses. It was around 75 degrees and perfect. We met up with some other friends and went around together.
The weather was perfect, just cool enough that we didn't get sweaty and they wore shorts under their thin costumes. We were out for 1.5 hours. D's and dd2 were in a wagon, and my almost 2yo only went to about half the doors.
They ate probably 5 pieces last night and 4 so far today. Actually I'm not limiting their candy today, if they want to eat a ton of it, today is the day.
We visited our immediate neighbors and then went to the nursing home where Mil works and visited the residents (probably a dozen were participating). It was about 40° so the neighbors got to see a ninja, 2.5 years, in a jacket and a bundled up pumpkin, 2 months, in a carseat.
15 months and 4 years, we all went to maybe 9-10 houses then I took DD home and DS went around for 30-40 minutes with H. It was a little chilly but not too bad.

That's really really nice. I work at a nursing home too and our residents would have loved that!
Kids are 6 and 4. We were out for a little over an hour this year. I think we hit about 50 houses. DD2 (14 months) was with us for the first 20 minutes then my DH took her home. We're in Chicago-weather was VERY windy and cold. It was sleeting a little bit at the end too.
Last year it was pouring rain and also freezing but the kids insisted on going out for a little bit, they were 5 and 3. They were out for about 30 minutes last year with my H. I was smart and stayed home with the baby lol.
The year before that (2012) we had good weather and we were out for about an hour, but the kids were only 2 and 4.
