1. Moving into our apartment! 2. Getting all of my stuff back in one place and unpacked - I am most excited for my bed and my cats! 3. Seeing my niece on Friday
I am not looking forward to the actual moving part since, you know, I just did that not too long ago. But what can you do.
I'm looking forward to the elections being over so that the political ads will be off tv! Also looking forward to dinner with the in-laws on Wednesday.
Good luck moving HoneySpider! So excited for you and your DH!
MrsMB- Ditto HoneySpider- my HSG (or the equivalent version...mine was called a bubble study) was really easy. I took 880 mg of ibuprofen and barely felt a thing! Praying you get good results too! Yay for lots of sexy time this week too- I'm rooting for you friend!
1. Completing testing at work this week (if all goes well I'll be done tomorrow...if not it will have to wait til I'm back in the office next week) 2. Seeing my friend and her DD tonight. 3. Working on the nursery...DH and I are committed to making progress on it this week (we haven't done much in weeks now) 4. Church small group on Thurs 5. Hopefully having a relaxing weekend- so far we have no plans. This could change though...DH wants to go to my parents so he can go paddleboarding. Either way (home vs. parents) it should be a fun weekend. 6. Hoping my mom gets some test results back this week. She had an u/s on Thurs to check the fluid level...praying it's positive but there is definitely more fluid accumulating (and something else likely causing her lot of pain)- just hoping it's at a slow enough rate that her prognosis isn't too bad.
Tuesday - MIL with pre-paint baseboards so they can be installed, we will clean master bedroom and nursery, work on sorting what we can get out of the house (paint supplies, extra tools, etc.)
Wednesday - FIL and DH are going over after work to finish installing baseboards in first bedroom. Also finish hanging cabinet doors in bathroom
Thursday - MIL and I - clean first bedroom, touch paint in bathroom, touchup paint on baseboards in first bedroom
Saturday - finish entry/closet tile work
Sunday - move over as much stuff as possible. All three bedrooms will be done (until we paint mural in nursery but waiting until we move to do that).
In between all of that I need to unpack my kitchen boxes and get stuff put away, move more kitchen stuff over, pack up all my scrapbooking/sewing/hobby kinds of things to move this week, get bookshelves cleaned off and ready to move on Sunday, anything else I can get ready to move on Sunday.
***DH is also going to try and work on fence after work as he can. The weather was against us this weekend so he couldn't do it. IF he can manage to pull it off we will move this weekend. I'm guessing that it won't get done and we will just be able to move stuff and have to wait until the following weekend to build fence, but we will see.
-I start my new schedule this week, let's see how it goes. - we are buying a new refrigerator this weekend. Ours is slowly dying. - Saturday we don't have any plans! Maybe a nice stay at home date night. - Sunday we have the second part of a helicopter drill. Then we are going to see my niece. It's our third attempt to go visit her.
MrsMB & bk1 I will definitely post pictures. This house today we have seen once, and there's a whole interesting story attached which I will share IF we get it. But regardless, it's a house that needs renovations so the pictures right now would be pretty ugly, but hopefully that would mean some beautiful "after" shots like BK1 has
It's going to be awesome...and custom renovated by YOU!
Dh And I are scheduling an appointment to look at a house EEK! Last one we looked at fell trough and I was SO disappointed. It was Perfect. We haven't really looked around much since.
I agree with the other ladies, definitely need to see pics of the house jjwritergirl!
bk1 Good luck with everything week! I hope you get to officially move in super soon!
My week consists of work and house work. Maybe DH and I will go see a movie but we are trying to be low key and cheap since Christmas is quickly approaching. I am also finalizing my Thanksgiving menu, since I am hosting this year I'm also hoping to get some photo editing done and pictures ordered! I desperately need to scrapbook to get caught up and complete my wedding album!
Third time was a charm for us on house offers, hope it works for you jjwritergirl!
I'm looking forward to open enrollment starting today. I love me some benefits! Also same as @moonbeam I will be glad to see the political ads go away. And I have an appt tomorrow so those are always fun.
Lots of big water cooler events this week, good luck everyone!!
i am looking forward to:
-tomorrow being an easy day at work, since it's Election Day the kids are only coming in a half day -meeting a friend for dinner on Wednesday, who I haven't seen in forever

I took Thursday off from work and spending the day with lo. Now I'm trying to decide what to make in the crock pot. I'm thinking meatballs.....I'll take suggestions though if you're willing.
How long have you been married travelbug? The only reason my wedding scrapbook is done is because my Aunt's made it for my wedding present. I am SOOO behind on all of that. I have a wedding one started for my BFF and she just had her 2nd anniversary... oops...
bk1 We will be married for 2 years in May. So still newlyweds! I started my book probably 8 months ago and I have 4 pages done LOL! All my other scrapbooks are so much easier for me to do, this one is just taking me forever. I got one printed from Shutterfly right after we were married so I'd have something, but my own personal one I need to hanker down on. That's such a sweet thing to do for your friend. She will love that!
Doc was AMAZING and HSG was so no-big-deal. Ink came out from both ends so he felt like the tubes were good. Of course, they have to take the images and review them for other things? I dunno. I wish I hadn't blacked out after he said the ink came out from both ends like he wanted. SO now, I wish someone would stop me from trying to see what normal fallopian tubes look like on the interwebs...because I want to see how mine compare. That's crazy...
