We are looking to be making more crock pot meals. So, I am looking for a new, bigger one (so 7 quart or larger). Tell me the one you love (or hate) and why! (Also, feel free to pass on any recipes you love, we are looking to build up the repertoire as well!)

We do a lot of meatballs in ours, as our normal group of friends seems to really like them and we rarely have leftovers.
Here's an example of one that we've used, although since we buy beef by the half-cow at a time, we usually make our meatballs from scratch and brown them in the oven first, rather than using the frozen pre-made kind:
We do a lot of stews or pot roasts in ours, too, to use up our shoulder or chuck roast cuts of beef. I don't have a particular recipe, but just cook it on low for 6-8 hours with the meat on the bottom and whatever veggies of choice on top. I don't drink soda anymore but if we have a can of Coke on hand, it surprisingly makes the meat REALLY tender when we add about half a can in there for liquid. It doesn't affect the taste too much, but it can make the potatoes turn a little brown if you use the Coke.
