Attachment Deleted I still have to hang stuff on the walls, but I just wanted to post a sneak peek and say thanks for helping me pick a paint color. We went for the darker pink, and my kiddo loves it. :-)
I love it and I have serious envy over those beds! Land of Nod?
Yes, they're from Land of Nod. I splurged a bit when we first moved them to their "big girl beds", LOL! I told them they'll be sleeping in them until they go off to college.

I have some big, ornate frames that I'm thinking about painting a matte white to hang over the beds. I'm hoping that will tone down the wallpaper a bit.

I really like it! My daughter really wanted dark pink walls, but I just couldn't do it. I was imagining Pepto pink walls. We ended up painting the ceiling pink instead. You've pulled it off really well! I would be fine with my daughters room looking like that.

Big ornate frames sound fun, but I think the contrast with the white that is there already and the wallpaper is confusing. The wallpaper should be the star, but the eye is pulled to the shutters and dresser.
What about painting the frames the same color as the beds if you feel like they need to match something big? Or ask you daughter what color she wants. She may feel like too much white takes away from the wallpaper that she loves, or she may love the idea. She has such strong ideas, and it is her room...I would bet that she will have some opinions.

You're right...she definitely has opinions! I toyed with the idea of blue for the frames...maybe I'll take your advice and let her choose.
