I'm sorry for the million (or so it seems like) questions, but I've tried google and I can't find what I am looking for...so I thought I'd ask.
I finally got my post m/c period and I'm now on CD 20. I started temping again and though I should have O'ed in the past few days, but my temps don't indicate it, so fine, I wait. But last month (I assume around the time I would have O'ed) and now again, my uterus feels tender. I am not sure whether this is related to O pain or not - but I've never had this before. It's solidly in the middle, so it's not off to the right or left (although that did happen last month in addition to the tenderness in the middle).
I suppose I could call my doctor to ask, but is this normal?
I can't speak for a full on MC, but my first cycle after my chemical pregnancy I didn't ovulate (FF says I did, but my temp rise so was minimal that I really don't think I did) and up unti very recently my o-date was a week later than normal.
Thanks, achi. I have no idea whether I ovulated that first cycle since I wasn't temping but the same pain/tenderness was there, so either this is an anovulatory cycle or I have to wait a bit more.
Hmm, I'm always a when in doubt, call kind of person. I will say that my cycle has completely changed post mc, and it's annoying and kind of sucky. I always had short cycles and O'd on CD11-12, and its consistently been 17-18 for the past few months. I never really felt ovulation pain before, and now I feel it sharply.
So, it could be an unrelated to O pain, and your cycle could be thrown off post-Mc.
Love of my life baby boy born 11/11. One and done not by choice; 3 years of TTC yielded 4 MMC and 2 CPs, through 4 IUIs and 2 IVFs. Focusing on making the world a better place instead...and running.
Our bodies go through a bad hormonal imbalance after a M/C and it can take a few cycles to get everything back to normal. I wouldn't worry, of course it doesn't hurt to call your doctor and just check.
I'm anxiously awaiting for my second AF after my M/C and D&C. It should have been here on Saturday but there's still no sign of it arriving any time soon... I just want it to be here so we can start trying again.
Thanks, ladies. I've always had longer cycles and have been previously diagnosed with PCOS so this adds another level to the "what will my body do this month?" question. I'm also waiting for my second AF miamigirl. I told MH that I feel like I don't have time for this ish as I am not getting any younger (I am now what would be considered to be AMA). Maybe I will wait and see if it happens during my next cycle to call. That gives it a little more time to work itself out.
Sigh. I guess now I am just complaining. Thanks for listening.

My temps have been all over the place so it's hard to tell if I O'd or not. FF says I did but the temps are weird after a m/c and your cycle length could be different as well.

Same here. It actually went down this AM when I thought it would be the opposite. Go figure.
I'm currently going through my first cycle post m/c and I seemed to have O'd 5 days later than when I usually do. I'm not completely keeping track this month since we're waiting a cycle to start trying again, but just by the signs I usually get, it seems to be later.
I just got my 2nd AF after a chemical pregnancy. This past cycle was still pretty jacked up. I O'd 4 or 5 days later than usual and I also felt weird in the uterus (tender) throughout the cycle too. I did have a pretty clear O day though, but my secondary signs were nonexistent. I'm hoping that when we get back to trying this cycle that things will be back to 'normal'.

I'm in my 2nd cycle post mc on CD 17 and still waiting to O. Over the weekend I had some similar pains but it felt like a tightness in my ovaries and I had about 3 days of spotting. It's seemed to stop now so I haven't called in. I originally thought it was related to O but since I haven't O'd yet I have no idea. Unless it starts again I'm guessing it's just related to my body trying to get back to a regular cycle. I seem to have O'd regularly last cycle though.
belle55 - I'm sorry for your loss, too. I guess this is just our bodies readjusting to get back to "normal" and we're just so hypersensitive that everything seems like something. Or least that's what it is for me.

I wish I could tell the future or just know what is happening or going to happen! So frustrating being in the dark about my own body.

Yes, totally frustrating! I've never been very patient, so this just adds to it all. Fingers crossed for both of us to get good news sooner rather than later.
After both my miscarriages I had one anovulatory cycle. After my first loss (d&c) it took two cycles to regular (I chart). After my second loss it took three (long cycles)
