How is everyone doing?
My eating has continued to be out of control so I decided today to start counting calories again - I want to have a really good week leading up to Thanksgiving. Then I'll let myself splurge a little next weekend and get back on track leading up to Christmas. I always gain several pounds at the holidays and I am already way heavier than I want to be, so I need to try and curb it.

I have been having a lot of trouble w my body image lately. I am eating well (don't have much of a choice bc of my diet restrictions for DS) but my weight is not moving. I still want to lose 9ish lbs from when I had DS. I am just feeling like crap today.
I haven't been able to work out much aside from my weekly yoga class so that is my new goal: work out more.
Ugh- not good. Not good at all. I'm up about five pounds from my lowest weight (well, lowest since I restarted my weight loss attempts, not lowest ever). I just bought a new Jillian Michaels DVD, and I think I'm going to get a Walk Away the Pounds DVD. Staying on track with my exercise keeps me motivated to keep my eating better on track
And I need to stop going out to lunch with my new coworker so often! Or at least make healthier choices if we do go out.
