-I scrubbed my fridge inside and out yesterday right down to pulling out the drawers and cleaning out the ice maker. It shines inside and out and my entire kitchen seems 100xs cleaner as a result.
-I stocked up on holiday wine and beer so I am party, guest and just hang out on the couch ready..ha. Cranberry beer and blackberry wine. Thank me later.
-I made dd a washer and dryer out of two boxes and contact paper. She loves them, I am so glad I didn't spend any money on them as it's just a phase I think and I got stuff used out of the closet.
-I used pledge squirt and mop on my floors the other day. I don't want to love it but I do. It was so fast, actually worked and my floors shine. It is spendy but great for quick cleanups up after people go, the kids get the floor sticky etc. Also great in spaces like the steps and entryway where water is a PITA. I am researching a DIY version next.

-we made a "winter playroom" in the basement with most of the toys and some exterior stuff (slide, etc.) Helps the kids stay active AND got a bunch of toys off of our main floor.
-moved our office officially upstairs to the main floor from the basement. Real light! No more working in a cave. My DH plays music for me all day! Yippee!

We went through and uncluttered the house. We got rid of clothes, shoes, coats and lots more. We also paired down our frames we have that aren't being used right now. I don't know feel like our is over flowing anymore.

I am in constant re-arrangement mode at the moment. Like, nothing is sacred (except those things that cannot be moved because they're strapped to the wall, LOL).
Unfortunately, this is a MASSIVE spending time for us, so I have to be careful what I buy - the most exciting thing I've bought/done lately is bought new pillows for our bed, which will hopefully help us to sleep better.
