Sears! We just got our tree there. Ours is 7.5 feet but the guy told Rob the same tree we bought (for $300) will be $200 on Black Friday. I think this is it:

We just got ours at HD and it was 30% off and we got another 25$ off because we didn't want the storage bag.

I ordered a 9ft from Kmart 2 weeks ago. It was $240 pre-lit Jaclyn Smith. We pulled it out of the box today to make sure the lights work and it's fantastic. It has something like 4000 stems on it but comes in 4 pieces and has 1000 color lights. Very full.
