I've had my Mia 2 since this summer and it usually holds charge about a week (I only use it once a day at night). Just recently, it did it's little needs-to-be-charged dance after 2 days so I plugged it back in. It was plugged in about 24 hours and I went to use it last night and it just did its little dance again (where it buzzes and blinks twice and then shuts off) and never charged. I checked the plug and it was indeed pushed all the way in to the outlet.
Anyone had this problem? I'm going to have to contact them, aren't I? I hate contacting companies
Well, I should Google before I ask you all but you're so much more reliable! I found this post so I'll try reseating the brush and see if that works :/
I charge with the brush on as well and have had no problems. Also, I agree with fiddles - my charges normally last 3-5 weeks depending on use - I would think if yours are only lasting a week when you use it every other day, that your battery is defective. I typically use it once a day, sometimes less if I need to be super quick in the shower.
I tried adjusting the brush head and it didn't change. Then I tried attaching the charger AGAIN and THIS time seemed to work, so maybe it didn't attach properly the last two times? I dunno. But the first time it lasted several weeks before needing charging and now it seems to need it at least once a week and I only use it at night so once per day. At least its less than a year old so I'll keep an eye on it and if it keeps up, warranty!!

Definitely keep an eye on it because my pro and my original mia are 4+ years old and they don't need charging that often and I use the pro every day.
I take it off periodically to make sure that it dries thoroughly behind the head. I started out taking off every day but then got lazy as I was barely able to wash my face I do always kind of squash it against a towel first before putting the cap on though. Otherwise, it just wouldn't dry out properly.
